HOW TO ORDER

 

STEP 1 – BROWSE OUR COLLECTIONS & PLACE YOUR ORDER ONLINE

If there’s a design you love from our wedding collections simply order online – select the package you require along with quantity and add to your basket. If you would like something more bespoke, please email your requirements including quantities and we will get back to you with a quotation. Once you have placed your order visit our contact page to share your wording and customisation preferences such as foil colour, fonts and paper colour. We’re confident that you’ll be head over heels with what we create for you. If you order through the website, we take payment when you place your order, for bespoke orders we will create a new custom order in the store. Payments will be accepted via bank transfer, credit/debit card or Paypal.

 STEP 2 – REVIEW YOUR PROOF & PRINTING BEGINS

We aim to email your digital proof (pdf) within 2-3 working days of receiving your order this is for you to check you’re happy with the design and ensure all details are correct before we proceed to print. If required we will amend your design as necessary until everything looks perfect. We provide 5 free proof revisions, after this a fee of £15 per revision will be required. Our team are stationery experts, feel free to ask advice whenever you need a second opinion. The timeline at this point depends on the changes you make but we will work to get further proofs sent to you as quickly as possible. When you have signed off your digital proofs we then move to print production. This is a traditional hot foiling method, lovingly hand printing each piece individually onto our faithful heavy-duty foil printing presses. Your order will then be quality checked and beautifully packaged for delivery.

STEP 3 – TURNAROUND TIMES & DISPATCH

We aim to print and dispatch your stationery within 10-14 working days of your approval. If your order is time sensitive please do make this clear to us from the beginning so we can advise of our delivery and printing schedule.  All of our orders are dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery or via courier and are carefully packaged in our bespoke boxes to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. A signature is required for all deliveries so please ensure there is someone to take delivery of your order, we will inform you in advance of the date your order will arrive with you to schedule best delivery address.
