CAN I ORDER A SAMPLE
Yes absolutely, we recommend you order a sample pack to handle the stationery and feel the quality for yourself. Samples are non-personalised and charged at £6.00.
HOW DO I ORDER MY STATIONERY
Please take a look at our how to order page for more information, if you would like a bespoke wedding suite please send an email with your requirements including any design elements you would like to include within your bespoke suite and we will get back to you with a draft and quotation.
CAN WE CHANGE THE COLOURS OF CARD & FOIL
Yes, we have a large selection of colours available (we use colorplan card as stock) there are over 50 colour options available. There is no additional charge for you to choose your preferred colours of card and foil.
WHAT ARE YOUR TURNAROUND TIMES
We aim to dispatch all wedding orders 10-14 days after receiving your final proof approval. We will update you of the progress every step of the way.
HOW MANY INVITATIONS SHOULD WE ORDER
Remember that you don’t need to send an invitation to each person, generally it’s one invitation per household. We suggest that you half your guest list and add an additional 20% for any last minute guests. Reprinting is costly so we suggest you have a few spares just incase.
HOW DO I SUBMIT MY WORDING
Once you have placed your order we will be in touch via email for your wording and any other information required in order to complete your request, from this information we will prepare a digital proof (pdf) for your approval before we proceed to print.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Changes to your order can be made at any time prior to final proof approval. Orders that have been approved and printing has commenced cannot be refunded.
